Acceptance

By using CliperX, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms provide additional product-specific rules. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.

What CliperX provides

CliperX provides clipboard history, card previews, search, copy reuse, groups, iCloud sync, iOS keyboard extension features, and share extension features. Available features may vary by device, operating system version, authorization state, and app version.

Your content and responsibility

You are responsible for the content you copy, save, sync, export, or share. Make sure you have the right to store and use any text, images, files, links, or other materials you process with CliperX. Do not use CliperX to process, distribute, or store unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.

Privacy and data management

CliperX handles clipboard content according to your actions and settings. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand local storage, iCloud sync, network access, extensions, and user controls. You are responsible for protecting your device, Apple ID, system account, and exported backup files.

Purchases and authorization

Some CliperX features may require an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, through the Apple App Store. Prices and available plans are shown before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Purchases, renewals, refunds, taxes, payment methods, and Family Sharing are governed by Apple's rules.

CliperX verifies StoreKit transactions to grant access and uses RevenueCat to mirror purchase status and provide aggregate purchase analytics. RevenueCat does not process your payment card. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app stable, but we do not guarantee that CliperX will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every specific purpose. System updates, Apple service status, iCloud quota, network conditions, and third-party website changes may affect some features. We may improve, adjust, suspend, or remove features over time.

Third-party services

CliperX may communicate with Apple CloudKit, StoreKit, iCloud, RevenueCat, target websites, or favicon services to provide sync, purchase verification and status mirroring, aggregate purchase analytics, or URL previews. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliperX is provided as is. We are not responsible for data loss, business loss, indirect damages, or other consequences arising from use of, or inability to use, the app beyond what applicable law requires. Back up important information regularly and handle sensitive content carefully.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms. Continued use of CliperX means you accept the updated terms.
